Refunds & Returns
Refunds & Returns
If you are unsatisfied with any items in your order, you have 14-days after delivery to request a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please forward your original purchase confirmation to info@busaeco.com and indicate the items you wish to return and why (in hopes we can provide a remedy prior to returning). If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how to proceed. No refund requests will be accepted if items are returned without first emailing, as per instructions above.
Since returns increase the environmental impact of your transaction, please ensure you carefully consider your purchase options prior to completing your order.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable and you will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping.
Damaged or Defective Items
Within 14 days of receiving your purchase, please inspect it for damage or defects. If you receive damaged or defective items, let us know immediately by forwarding your original purchase confirmation with photos of damage or defects to info@busaeco.com. We will review your concerns and work to make it right with either a replacement or store credit. You may be required to return the item to us, but this will be determined upon review of the defect email.
Return Exceptions
Personal care items cannot be returned. Examples of these items include:
- Toothbrushes or dental floss
- Hairbrushes or combs
- Pet toothbrushes or hairbrushes
In addition, items on Clearance or marked as Final Sale are also exempt.
